We stayed here on the last night of our trip in London and it was very comfortable. The rooms have mood lighting and a very large TV. There was also a water heater for coffee and tea. The following morning we had breakfast at the hotel and wished we paid for it when we checked it. The breakfast buffet is discounted for hotel guests. The buffet was delicious. You could ask the server for special orders such as an omelette.

The hotel it’s self was okay! But upon arrival we were struck with a £10 parking fee per night which was not disclosed upon booking.
We then went up to our room, which albeit was a nice room yet had hand prints above the head board... not nice to be greeted with in a ‘new hotel’.
They swiftly moved us into an alternate room, which was fine.
After night one .. our dirty glasses and mugs were not removed or replaced for us to have any drinks the following night/ morning. Our water wasn’t replaced and no fresh tea and coffee in the room which is disappointing. For the price per night.
The toilet and shower door is shared between the both where you slide it to either side.. but it has around 1/2 an inch where it is still open on both the shower and toilet although it is ‘ fully closed’
The light socket was coming off the wall (looking untidy)
But it was an okay stay for London.
Just disappointing as it could be far better.

We Travelled by car and Stayed for one night with two children, for a visit to watch England at Wembley. Tube directly opposite the hotel so convienient location.
Check in very quick, room very modern & nice, clean and tidy. Brilliantly stocked mini bar & lovely welcome note and plate of fruit in the room. Very busy road outside but that didn't bother us. We had no noise issues in the hotel. Fantastic breakfast, so much variety and all freshly cooked, all staff brilliant very attentive. We very much enjoyed our stay.

I have stayed in this hotel for over a year and whilst there have been issues, the local team have always been equal to them. The reception team; in particular Sylvie and Jakub have been brilliant but they are not supported by maintenance etc. They try so hard to accommodate all needs, they are sadly let down by mis-communications on room issues or deficiencies. The team have always accommodated me and strive to continue to do so. One point is that as a platinum member, I do not always get promises as part of that package but it made up by the local team; thank you to them who take the flack and make my experience better by indemnifying me against it. It would be great if the corporation kept promises in that; welcome gift etc. Are adhered to.
