We had a travelzoo deal which included breakfast and a bottle of wine which was good value.
Our first room had a really poor mattress but we called reception as soon as we noticed it and they promptly found us another room which had a good mattress . Their service was efficient , friendly and professional throughout our stay.
The room was good value, clean and had a good bathroom.
The hotel is well situated for the town sightseeing and was quiet for a location so central.
Car parking was only £8 for 24 hrs with the hotel deal with Q parking and was only a few minutes walk.
Breakfast was fine and again friendly service.
We would certainly use this hotel again.

The hotel is advised as a high standard hotel on arrival the receptionist was very helpful and informative. Our room was a apartment room that slept 3 if us and our friends had the other apartment room. The room had no air conditioning and it was really hot the weekend we stayed. The milk in fridge was off fridge not cold enough also there was chewing gum stuck to the wall in the dining area where the pull out bed sofa had been made. The room was not acceptable and the standards low.Out on the corridor the carpet was tatty and all fraid. The other room our friends had smelt of the sewers awful stench. Not worth the money we paid.

Had an apartment, this was booked for a get together of 3 female friends. 3 single beds in an elevated bedroom area, a kitchen, living, dining area and 2 ensuite bathrooms, what more could we have asked for, with plenty of tea, coffee and milk...

Very centrally located, staff were friendly, helpful and nothing too much trouble, breakfast, food was plentiful and of good quality.

The hotel is awful in term of its rating stars. The bed is sinking like titanic sinking to the bottom of the ocean. The lift was broken the air con is not working. The bathroom design is not suitable for old people at all. Slippery and no handle to hold after get of from the bath tub.
I did not have any more words to decribe how awful it is. Even they offer me a free room I will not take it for ay chance. Too dangerous to stay in.
