This hotel has very helpful and friendly staff in a fab location. Close to all the shops/pubs/clubs. About a 5/10 min walk. They offer free wine and cheese after 5 which was a nice touch! Good price also. Few down sides - beds are rock solid think could have slept bette on the floor and it’s very noisy (can hear everything from outside) but that’s to be expected due to the location. All in all an ok stay.

These guys have got it absolutely nailed!!! For a budget price you feel like you have got a lot extra and feel really looked after. Things like complementary wine and cheese between 5 - 7, sky TV in the room, late checkout included if you pre pay for breakfast. Won’t ramble on anymore - check it out for yourselves!!!

Stayed overnight for a quick visit to Liverpool. From the moment of arrival, I became aware the staff were great. Polite, welcoming, knowledgeable, humorous. The room was small, but large enough, with quality fixtures. The shower/toilet enclosure was well designed, and worked well, and the card access system/lighting and heating control was simple to understand. Lifts were clean and fast, and the complimentary glass of wine in the evening was a nice touch.

Room Tip: Opt for a room with a window, to see the Liverpool roofscape.

This hotel is well positioned, friendly and comfortable. The staff are welcoming and helpful and the room is nice and clean, if somewhat on the small side. On the whole great value, though to be honest windows would help.
