“Anne and Pierce very welcoming nothing to much trouble.”

We never have stayed in an apartment before and we would definitely recommend. Apartment 5 has everything you need, Very easy to get around due to tram and bus routes across the road.Sea-cote isn't close to Blackpool(2miles) but it's nice to travel on tram/bus in and out of hustle and bustle and have a quiet apartments to relax in at the end of the day. There are many good takeaways and restaurants around so u don't need to travel to the main center of Blackpool. I would recommend, Fortune House, Italian Star and Eastern Spice which all deliver. If you fancy cooking there is a Sainsbury's very near and Anne even provides a granny trolley bag so it's easier for you to carry back.
If you enjoy fishing this is an ideal place for you to do this as the beach is across the road, also there is a good fishing shop around the corner to buy all your bits, which were very helpful.
The tram goes from Star gate all the way to Fleetwood Ferry where you can get a boat across to Knots End £1.50 each way which run every 30 mins. You can buy a pass at McCoys nr Sainsburys unlimited travel for £13.50 which includes trams and busses.
Apartment 5 has lovely views of the the sea and was very clean and tidy there is a £1 coin meter which is very fair. The only thing I would say to get upstairs to the entrance of the flat is very steep, this only applies to apartments 5. So if u have trouble with stairs there is other flats which maybe more suitable. All flats were occupied and we never were disturbed or heard anything from anyone. There is ample car space on the front of sea-cote and on Cavendish road. There is a seating area at t front door entrance if you're a smoker as no smoking is permitted in the apartments. We will be back as it was a lovely holiday and sea-cote made it especially special along with the lovely owners Anne and Pierce.

“Warm welcome on a cold night”
Reviewed 20 April 2014 for a stay in October 2013

We had an top floor flat and although October was quite cold and windy the flat was quite warm. The kitchen was well equipt and easy to use. The beds and shower were really good. The was a meter for the electric used for cooking and the plug sockets which proved to be quite fair. Parking was available The area is ideal for Bipsam with its large supermarket and many restaurants and take-aways. The tram stop is close by. Although the premises are a fair way out of Blackpool centre there is lots of transport if required. I would recommend Sea Cote.

“Love Blackpool !”

First time we have been to Blackpool for years and was a bit unsure of staying 'out of town' but loved every minute, Anne was so welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and with the tram and bus stops straight across the road we had the ease of getting into the hussle and bussle combined with the peace and quiet we needed at night... Perfect! We parked the car round the corner (no charge) and didnt need to get in it again untill we came home.
Thank you for a wonderful holiday Anne
