This is the second time we have stayed here and have had a lovely stay nothing is too much trouble the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. We had two pitch side rooms which have a lovely view of football pitch and are very spacious, room service was excellent and very reasonably priced, beds were very comfortable to ensure a great night sleep. Breakfast was served in Rowleys restaurant it has a great choice of cooked and continental and once again staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend a stay here and look forward to returning again soon

We were visiting family and we decided to stay here what I didn't realise was that a game had been rearranged for that night but everyone really looked after us the players came in the resteraunt and were a credit to Blackpool fc we had a lovely meal while the match was on they pull down the blinds and so if you don't like football you are not disturbed the staff are all first class and very helpful don't be put off with it being at a football ground its really a unique place to visit and stay oh by the way Blackpool won

Room tip: Get a room facing the pitch 212 is fine

Me and my partner booked this hotel for new years day,it is by far the best hotel we have stayed in, everything was perfect from the staff being so friendly and very helpful then room was out of this world warm/spacious and comfortable we really couldn't moan at anything the whole hotel was amazing it offers everything a gym a spa and definitely a nice and relaxing hotel for couples who want go get away for a quite weekend or for a family who want to see the football ground and do family activities.

In the morning we went for breakfast witch was amazing and tasted delicious, we have a view of the football ground and we was treated with respect and the staff was lovely!

We enjoyed every second of staying in this hotel and we look forward to returning in the future!

We will definitely be returning to this hotel!!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night, we paid a £35 premium for a room facing the pitch. The pitch was covered in a black cover and in my opinion wasn’t worth paying the extra. The rooms were clean put were getting a little tired. We return to the hotel approx 11.05pm and the bar was closed. The bar area is modern and is used for breakfast seating. Unfortunately the breakfast selection was quite poor. The sausages looked anaemic and under cooked. The plates were cold as was the majority of the food.
The hotel is ok but I think we will be trying elsewhere next time. I would compare the bedrooms to a Premier Inn and definitely not a 4 star.
