My room was situated overlooking the promenade and seafront so that was a great start. The room was fine as was the bathroom. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold items to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for sea view room

We enjoyed every second of our stay at the headlands hotel, the food was second to none, the staff very friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and was cleaned every day. Great entertainment on Tuesday evening. So, if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Blackpool that's family ran and pet friendly too, look no further than the headlands hotel.

Room Tip: Almost all rooms have a sea view.

Staff are excellent, so much so that we will be back for a third time in October. The staff can't do enough for you. Stayed half-board, at very reasonable prices, full breakfast is sufficient to last us until tea time, service is second to none. I care for my sister who felt very secure, and was made to feel at home by the staff. During half-term there were a few kids staying, and it was great to hear the gentle buzz in the dining room. Very close to a tram stop meant very easy access
to Blackpool (weekly single team/bus ticket costs £15.50, allowing you to go anywhere between Lytham and Fleetwood). All-in-all, another enjoyable stay at The Headlands.

We have been staying at The Headlands for nearly 30 years. Our stays are a mixture of short breaks and week long holidays, with 2 or 3 of each every year. The reasons we keep going back stay the same; friendly and professional staff; highest standards of cleanliness; excellent food for dinner and breakfast; all needed facilities such as free car park and free internet; convenient location for public transport; quiet surroundings; very good value for money; and knowing that standards will not slip under the owners who have been running the hotel for all of the 30 years. For us, there is no better place to stay in Blackpool, especially for families and those who appreciate excellent service.

Room Tip: Lots of rooms have sea views.
