We were made very welcome with great rooms, friendliness and breakfast during our coast to coast cycle tour. What a great atmosphere.
Highly recommended as a stopping place in the penines. It's very well placed for cyclists and walkers with the team providing lots of local information and great service..

Stayed with family - booked 3 rooms for an overnight stay in May. This B&B is by far the best I have stayed in, a very luxury feel to it. Everything in terms of the furnishing, decor, maintenance, cleanliness - is just above and beyond expectation even down to the coffee machine in each room and the little jar of sweets.

The location is superb, a nice walk in to the centre of Penrith. Would happily book and stay again, maybe next time for longer!

Breakfast was brilliant, fresh, huge selection for a B&B and cater to every individual. Nicely presented and tasty to match.

Great guest house! Excellent host! Brilliant breakfast, would definitely recommend and stay again. The Brooklands is situated in an ideal spot close to the town centre and also has vehicle parking should you need it.

Everything was perfect. The décor and the cleanliness in the public areas and the bedroom were first class. There was tea/coffee and fresh fruit in the room along with all the toiletries you would need. The full English breakfast was cooked to perfection and there is also a very good choice of fruits, cereals, etc. Leon, the owner was very friendly and attentive. Its location is ideally close to town but is very quiet in the evening. We would certainly recommend Brooklands Guest House and would stay again if we were in the area.

A lovely place, can't fault it. Super clean, fantastic breakfast, very comfortable with lots of little extras and a friendly welcome.

The house is beautiful too, a lovely characterful victorian terrace.
