Treated ourselves to a one night stay at this hotel paying just over £172. We was in room 330, a dark dingy room with the smallest of bathrooms. Well not actually a bathroom because it had no bath. just a shower. It was a double room but dont expect to get 2 people standing in the bathroom together! If this room isnt up to the same standards as other rooms then it should be cheaper and the guest made aware when booking.

Hotel was clean and presentable, was just let down by the service in the restaurant as was very slow (not easy with two small children) and staff didn't seem very confident. Room was ok but would recommend taking your own travel cot or extra padding. Also advertised as Costa coffee which it isn't.

Came away for a night without the children. Lovely hotel. Bar bill was rather experience and more than expected. Obviously not used to "london"prices here is Southampton. 3 double vodka and cokes £28! Shocking when a 70cl bottle of premium vodka called ciroc is £32!. But apart from that it was lovely to get away.

please advise that the nearest car park is a 8 minute walk from hotel and with taxis in front of the hotel makes it extremely difficult , the hotel on a whole was good but found the ac in the room was not working and the room was very humid. you can open a window but being situated on a main road did not help.
