Myself hubby and 12 year old came for a three night stay on 3 beautifully sunny days in aug 2018.
The 12 year old loved it as two double rooms so he had double bed!
Everything that you could possibly need within apartment, and the pint of milk, coffee and kitkats were much appreciated on arrival from north east. The only items that we had trouble finding were a tin opener and a plug for the bath. The coop is literally just across the road from accomodation which is brilliant.
Very easy access to local sights, just turn left onto main street and walk for 5mins to southsea common and coast.
We were mostly there for dockyard and museums and enjoyed our stay a lot made all the more comfortable at laura lee house thank you
We stayed here for 3 nights in January. Gill was really nice and helpful. She welcomed us in person, showed us around, and kindly prepared the cot and highchair for our little one. The flat is well equipped and stocked. The internet is recently updated so the speed is quite fast compared to other holiday rentals we have stayed. There is a Co-Op just steps away so it is super convenient to buy any grocery. Overall highly recommended to anyone would like a relax stay in Portsmouth. We will definitely come back.
Very well-equipped, clean and quite spacious apartment, close to all amenities with dedicated parking space. Gill was extremely helpful and we had everything we needed for our stay. Restaurants, shops and bars all close by as is The Common and the sea front. Extremely good value for money and we will definitely be back.
The central location was a perfect base for exploring Southsea and the surrounding area, shopping centres and various eateries nearby all on foot. No car required .
Being ground floor and having a parking space was especially welcome.
Gill was there to give us a warm welcome and helpful information to hand to ensure a comfortable stay.
would book this accomodation again
