“Felt like home”
Reviewed 9 August 2018 for a stay in August 2018

Stayed here for two nights and have to say we normally stay in a hotel when we visit Portsmouth but thought we would try an apartment this time. And it was well worth it. It’s very homely. Rooms and spacious and very clean.
The apartment has all you could want, fridge, oven and washing machine.
The little touches made are stay. Parking permits were left for us. There is a file full of information. And even received emails from Jane with information in and contact details if we needed anything.
Stayed with 2 adults and 3 children. Kids loves being so close to the sea and being able to see the boats.

“Family with teens from California”
Reviewed 20 July 2018 for a stay in July 2018

We appreciated this part of our trip to England so much. The English Channel, Historic Dockyard, Southsea Castle, D-Day Story, and surprisingly great food at Nicholson’s Tapas was so well finished off with relaxation at this pretty apartment. The view from the living room gives you the beach, and the bedrooms face the back, away from the beach. The fact that the living room windows are perpendicular to the busy road below means that the noise of cars is cut down by a lot, and the bedrooms are really quiet. Yet you get a nice view (see picture). Lovely and thoughtful touches of milk, crumpets, snacks, tea, and wine awaited us and we were able to buy more at the Co-op one block away. We had no worries with parking because Uber is readily available and it costs only about 6 pounds for the whole family to have an Uber ride to the Historic Dockyard. We stayed only two nights and we wish it could be longer!

“Seaside stay for The Victorious Festival”
Reviewed 1 September 2016 for a stay in August 2016

We stayed at Seaview for two nights whilst attending the Victorious festival . The apartment was well presented and very comfortable , with added touches of bread , butter , milk and wine left in the fridge for our arrival . We were greeted by Lou the property manager to receive the keys and who had arrived early to help find us a parking space . Permits are supplied for the operational times of the parking bays . The apartment is ideally located , for us it was only a ten minute walk to the main entrance of the festival .The beach can be seen from the living room window and all the attractions of Southsea are within walking distance . We particularly enjoyed a post festival breakfast at The beach cafe on the seafront .
