We absolutely loved our stay in this delightful 1930's penthouse. Even though gales were blowing outside we were super cosy and had everything we needed for a perfect weekend by the sea. When the sun finally broke through the sea & city views were stunning. James, Sue & Maya couldn't have been more caring hosts. Will definitely have to return to enjoy the terrace in summertime.

This is a lovely modern flat very close to the town centre and within easy walking distance of many shops and restaurants.
The sea view from the living room and bedroom is a definite selling point and although we were there in February, I imagine it's stunning in the summer and would have loved to have sat on a warm evening watching the waves.
The owner, James, was very patient, helpful and prompt with any questions and queries prior to booking and there is a host available during the stay, also very helpful.
All in all, a lovely stay - would definitely recommend for a single person or couple. It's fairly small, but clean, comfortable and modern.

I decided to take my partner to Brighton for the weekend. Immediately when you enter the apartment, the hallway leads to a beautiful front room that leads out to a balcony with views of the sea. The beach is literally a few minutes walk from the apartment and your always only a walk away from the main shops, pubs and restaurants (you really dont need a car). The bedroom space is really nice and cosey, the kitchen is really well furnished with a wooden finish and the bathroom shower is good and spacious. I would absolutely return and definitely plan to use this apartment again in the future, as the owner and host were extremely polite and helpful.

With views from the balcony and rooms as far as Brighton marina to the east and Worthing to the west there can't be many flats to top this one. Situated right on the border between Brighton and Hove in a beautiful modernist building, the excellent location allows you to easily dip in and out of hectic Brighton or more peaceful Hove . Excellent local pubs and restaurants with the bonus of the Meeting Place for coffee and bacon baps directly opposite the flat enhanced the stay. I stayed here for a week with visits from family and friends who all commented on what a perfect flat it is. Everything I needed was provided with comfort and style. I was met by the owners' rep who was extremely helpful and was at the end of the phone throughout my stay for help or advice. I will definitely use the flat again and recommend to anyone who loves Brighton and Hove.

The apartment was located appr 100 m from the sea with great waves. The best view was from the balcony. The lady taking care of us was very serviceminded. People on the street were also very friendly and helpful. Walking along the beach was fantastic, well organized and clean. The seafood in small shops were just outstanding. A lot of nice shops and of course all the pubs with their atmosphere.
