Stayed in the hotel with a small child that required a cot which was set up ready and waiting. The room was very neat, tidy and small but enough to do what you needed to do. The breakfast was good and a nice selection of fruit, yogurts etc. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Location was really good as sea was just down the road and parking was opposite the hotel but not included with the hotel. Overall a very good stay. Only downfall is that is not completly kid friendly such as no ramp for pushchair, small compact lift, only saw one high chair but staff were happy to help with offering milk etc. Ideally more of an adult only hotel in my opinion for anyone bookong this.

Stayed at The Una for my birthday with my ex, we were in the Flores room with the Spa bath, the room was spotlessly clean, bed was comfortable, everything we needed for a romantic night away, great breakfast in the morning and lovely coffee, happily return again and recommend to others.

I gave this property I top notch 5 star review on my first visit. Our second visit was similar but I;m sorry to report that standards had slipped considerably for this, our third visit. We were in our requested room, Danube, again. But on this occasion, when we returned late from our evening out with family, we discovered that the sheets were stained (clean, but badly stained) and that the matress was quite possibly the softest, least sprung monstrosity of a matress my wife and I have ever experienced. For the record, we do not only stay in luxury places like the Hotel Una - we can and do venture across the globe to out of the way places too, but have never encountered quite such an uncomfortable night's sleep before. Of course the staff, still delightful, put matters right the next day, although the matress was swapped with the next door room for the time being so I don't suppose "Eden" is the paradise its name suggests any more. The "excuse" was that the matress had needed to be replaced the week before, but in my view a hotel that charges Una prices does not replace a damaged matress with the cheapest bargain matress in town under any circumstances. The decor/furnishings all look a little tired two years further into the hotel's life. This really was a top notch place but we sense that it is neglected or unloved by its owner at the moment. Do loyal customers notice? Yes we do! Will we ever return? I don't think so.

In the search for a hotel with parking in a convenient part of Brighton, I came across this small hotel in Brighton's Regency Square. It has no parking, but it is conveniently close to the underground public car park under the square. It's also very convenient for shops and restaurants, as well as the seafront and the sights, yet had the advantage at night of being away from the noise. We got the last room in the hotel which was a small double on the top floor. It really was small but so nicely designed that for 2 people it was perfectly fine. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything. In fact this hospitality was the key ingredient in the overall positive experience we had at the hotel. Everyone had a smile, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.

Loved this hotel. Staff were lovely, bar staff were great and made some amazing cocktails! We stayed for 2 nights and were in the Danube Room .. gorgeous and the balcony was a lovely bonus. Perfect location, walking distance to everything. We got a cab one evening due to the rain and it was close so therefore nice and cheap!

Highly recommend!

Room Tip: Danube ... bath tub in the room, gorgeous shower, balcony and fabulous views.
