We had an excellent stay here for a friend's 40th birthday party. Fabulous communal space with great cooking facilities that meant we could have a fully catered 3 course meal prepared by chefs in the kitchen. Bedrooms were basic but clean and comfortable.
Good location near the centre of town and the seafront.
Beatnik Central is brilliantly located to make the most of a stay in Brighton . It has a fantastic living and dining area perfect for large groups and the dorm style accommodation is comfortable and well appointed with cool decor. We had a brilliant stay and wouldn't fail to recommend it .
We have booked the house for our office Christmas party. The House is AMAZING! James is a great host and getting everything organised was really easy.
The location is fantastic for the beach, shops, station etc.
Next time I would also be really interested in the option to dine in!
Perfect house for both corporate gatherings, parties and meetings.
Booked this for a recent hen weekend. Had the most amazing stay in Brighton! Fantastic accommodation. Very luxurious, amazing decor, fabulous kitchen and amazing bathrooms!
The house is well laid out, bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with high quality bed linen and beds. Bathrooms are fabulous with a good hot water system. The very impressive kitchen will easily accommodate 30 people around the amazing, huge wooden table! Great kitchen appliances as well if a large party wanted to cook.
The location is fantastic, near the shops, main bars and seafront! The house was great value for money we would absolutely recommend it to anyone thinking of booking a venue in Brighton! Many thanks also to James the friendly and helpful owner!
I booked the house for my cousin's hen do which was a big risk as I needed to please 23 ladies. I didn't want everyone staying in separate hotels as this would make it difficult for everyone to meet up and also cost more for everyone in the long run. So I suggested the house and although some guests were a little weary at first, it was definitely the right decision.
So there were 23 of us split amongst the five bedrooms which was perfect. Four bathrooms for everyone to use also meant that getting ready for the day / night wasn't too much of a chore either.
The bedrooms are simple but comfortable and the bathrooms are lovely. The hot tub / bath in the basement bathroom adds to the luxurious feel of the house and was enjoyed by all.
The kitchen / lounge area was the perfect size for our group and we spent the first few hours of Friday evening, playing games, drinking and eating pizza before heading into town. The fridge was big enough for all food and drink, there were plenty of plates and glasses etc and thankfully a dishwasher as well as a nice large range cooker which came in handy when a cooked breakfast was in need!
The location of the house is perfect. Literally a stones from the shops and only a 10 minute walk from the Lanes. But also far enough away from the main road to be nice and quiet when heads were a little sore.
Friday and Saturday were nights out and then Sunday was spent chilling in front of the large t.v. watching dvds. A great venue to enjoy the nightlife of Brighton, the relaxing beach walks and then a duvet day before heading home!
There is a car park just round the corner from the house which we managed to agree £20 for 24 hours for those of us who drove. However, the train station is only a 15 minute walk away which works out a lot cheaper.
I would definitely recommend the house for large groups and it will certainly be my first choice next time I visit Brighton.
