We had a really good time in Swanage at this property. The house is big, has a back garden, is fully fitted and in a great location. The owner of the property is very nice and quick in answering to questions. Highly recommended and would totally come back again!
We stayed here for a few days in February. The house was in a great little street which was quiet and felt safe. I managed to park nearby and as the house is so close to town (10 minute walk with 4kids) we didn’t move it much. I imagine it could get busy though. Large supermarket, railway station, beach, town centre all easy to walk to.
In side the house there was plenty of space, one loo was a bit of a struggle but we did know this before booking. Although well equipped with ‘all you need’ a few areas were scruffy and dated. It could do with a deep clean - the vacuum spelt of wet dog!? However I think this is considered in the price point as it is extremely good value for the space and location.
Nice distance from the beach and town, less than 10 mins on foot, nice roomy house with all the home comforts. Good communication with Landlady, enjoyable stay,wouldnt look for anywhere else
Great location close to beach and climbing venues , pub just short walk round corner , plenty of beds for larger groups and comfortable beds , large kitchen and nice living room . Wouldn't fault had a great stay and great nights sleep
We stayed here during the folk festival weekend and the house is close to the town, beach and amenities. It is spacious and well equipped for families or couples. It offers fantastic value for money and communication from the owner was rapid and extremely helpful. We are very much looking forward to our next stay. Thank you.
