We went on one of the worst stormy nights that Shaftesbury could offer. A table for two was instantly available and within seconds, two glasses of wine! I chose a chef special, King Prawns in a red sauce, my lovely partner a Lamb Tikka. Extras were aloo gobi and a Taka Dhal. Despite an overload of staff, ( two restaurants could have been run) food took a while. When it arrived, the four solitary prawns were swimming in a thick non descript sauce. The dhal was thin and soupy. The lamb was superb.
Overall, nice though it was to be there, the food was not the best and the price a tiny bit steep.
