Description: Harry Ramsden's serve the same great quality fish and chips today that they have been since 1928. The brand was established 80 years ago, when Harry Ramsden opened his first takeaway store in a hut in Guiseley. His top-quality fish and chips brought people from near and far and it wasn't long before Harry's became the most famous fish and chip shop brand in the world. The fish is freshly prepared in Harry's kitchens daily and has that distinctive flavour revered the world over. The menu includes the world-famous battered fish with its closely guarded secret recipe, as well as an extensive choice of mouth-watering options and a fantastic children's menu, to satisfy all the family. There are 8 Harry's restaurants across the United Kingdom, from seaside locations such as Blackpool and Bournemouth to city centre restaurants in Southampton and Glasgow, so you're never far from a Harry's.

Great food. Love the cod burger and chips, curry sauce is good here to. Drinks menu is a tad pricey. Always worth a bite for lunch or tea. Can be busy but staff turn tables around quickly.

We had a great time at harry Ramsdens, we visited twice during our stay in Bournemouth and both visits where perfect, we booked in advance as we saw it get very busy after 5pm, the staff where very helpful with our dietary needs and food was fantastic, well cooked and the service was very acceptable for the volume of customers. Highly recommended 5/5

This was a beautiful Harry Ramsdens right on the beach and of course it wouldn't be right to skip fish and chips at the beach.
We chose to sit outside but i think this was a mistake as it was very warm and they have no cover. However i did find out from our lovely waitress that this winter the outside is getting an upgrade and a covered area is going to be provided. This would be a welcome site because its great to sit outside but not in the direct sun.
We had the legend haddock and regular cod which was moist, crispy and hot. The chips where fresh chips twice cooked and you could tell not out of a freezer. The only thing we didn't enjoy where the onion rings which where very oily.
Overall a ver nice lunch.

We came here for a sunday lunch.
We ordered starters , which we were waiting at least half an hour for . When we finished, another 30 minutes gone , when we asked someone to check up on our mains. The waiter came over and explained there was some issue with the kitchen printer so they couldn’t do our tickets. As its been almost an hour for a burger and fish and chips, we decided to cancel it and just leave . All in all really disappointed in this place , seemed like waiter didn’t even know what is going on with our table .

Absolutely appalling service - being totally honest this is probably the worse service I have EVER experienced! My husband, myself and 2 year old visited this evening (25/6/18) for dinner. Short que to be seated which is expected however once seated we waited 30 minutes for no one to come to us, after asking two useless male staff. The ‘female waitress’ served all the other tables around us but our table for some very strange reason. Needless to say we left and most probably will not be returning!
