We ended up going here at last minute as we were ment to go to a hotel in waymouth but when we arrived there it was terrible so had to find somewhere else so thankfully we ended up here .
Staff are lovely especially the restaurant staff thay really look after you .thay work extra hard due to having to deliver you everything instead of it being self service and buffet style.
I am gluten free and it was brilliant.
Rooms very clean .
We go to Bournemouth at least 3 times a year and this is by far the best hotel within are budget.

Alina provided a brilliant massage. She was knowledgeable and created a perfectly calm experience and was clearly very professional. I felt de-stressed and my problematic back felt great afterwards. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel, staff friendly and great location for seafront and gardens easy to walk to..
Room was on small size but very clean, no complaints.
Car parking £15 for 24hrs, only drawback if you go out no guarantee there will be a space available.
We paid for one night but parked down road the next.

We spent a whole day 0830 to 1600 here to attend a training course in one of the conference rooms, what a dump it was and a receptionist with attitude just to make the day. The room we spent the day in was dirty, smelly, broken glass on the floor and just to add to the ambiance weevils crawling out from under the carpet and onto everything else, whilst not dangerous to humans still not acceptable to have to sit in a classroom environment for 8 hours with them crawling up your leg. Dread to think what you get if you stay overnight.
Some one should explain to the receptionist that we would rather pay the £15 to be in the car park rather than do several laps of the nearby streets to see if there might be a space, it’s our choice not hers.

Stayed for two nights using a two-night break voucher. Therefore I can understand that we may not get the best room. Our room was adequate but quite dirty (very dusty lampshade on bedside lights, dusty skirting boards etc) and generally in need of a refresh. The bathroom was ok with shower over the bath but again a bit tired looking. Only 1 hand towel provided and dispenser on wall over bath for body/hair shampoo.
The room was very warm although a fan (also very dusty) was provided. Very noisy from neighbouring rooms so not a great sleep.
The corridors also very tired with heavily worn carpets.
Staff on the other hand were very pleasant and helpful.
Parking was free in the roads to left and right of the hotel so fortunately avoided the £15 per night charge for the hotel car park. Please be advised that if you do pay for the car park and move your car during the 24 hours you may lose your place.

Overall would not revisit or recommend.
