The Sandpiper is an amazing place to stay, its so clean, tidy and well kept, at breakfast there are 10 choices of fresh fruit, 5 home made fruit yogurts, 6 different cereals 3 fish choices, cooked breakfast, plenty of tea, coffee and toast to keep you going for the day, nothing is too much trouble for Russell and Helen just ask and if they can do it for you, they will. There is plenty of parking and a lovely decking to sit on over looking an immaculate manicured garden. Once you've stayed there you will want to go back.

Room Tip: There are rooms for singles, families, couples and pets, all the rooms are immaculate

5 of us stayed at the Sandpiper the night before the Dartmoor Classic bike ride which required an early start. The staff there were lovely, very welcoming, very efficient, and looked after us superbly early the following morning. Great room, great facilities (lounge, bar) and great location.

We arrived at the B&B after visiting the Old Walls Vineyard in Bishopsteignton, and were greeted with a very warm welcome, we were shown our room and the facilities of the guesthouse. The room was immaculate and modern, The room was well stocked from cotton wool and buds too Yorkshire tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccino and bottled water. Lovely shower room, shampoo, shower gel and hand gel. The owners are perfect hosts and very attentive. They have a lovely tv room, restaurant and you can have a evening meal and they offer a bar menu which we had hand made burger chips with salad and cod and chips which was excellent and both for £11.00 very reasonable and they have a well stocked bar. The breakfast was first class included fresh fruit cereal, juices. overall this has to be the best B&B we have stayed at and we will come back and know that no one would be disappointed. This is a pet friendly guesthouse, but we are not pet owners and we did not even realise this fact until the evening as it is so clean. Thank you for such a warm and pleasant stay.

We arrived late & nevertheless received a warm welcome. Lovely warm room with excellent amenities and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was simply outstanding with the greatest selection of fresh fruit & berries I've ever come across!. Great location, easy to find location & ample free parking
