The room was clean and had tea and coffee and a tv.The down side was the room was damp and in need of decorating but other features out way the bad things such as the location and the price which was under 20 pounds. The staff were very nice and helpful and if you need just some where to stay for a night that's cheap I would recommend it.

Just spent a lovely weekend here, and wish I could have stayed longer.
I had a lovely room, with a balcony, and sea view. The room, bedding towels etc were spotless.
Manager Mark and all staff were so friendly, helpful and obliging, in particular Brian, who is so entertaining!
I am very much looking forward to going back!

This is the second time we have stayed here but it will be our last-the price charged simply isn't warranted for a hotel which had clearly seen better days 15 years ago. We didn't bother with breakfast having been completely underwhelmed last time. The room, bathroom and bedding were clean enough but that should be standard. We specifically requested room 11 as it is near the lift, but the outer door of the lift wasn't working on the first floor. We also had to park quite a way away for most of our stay and were at one point commanded to move our car as it was in the way when the offending car wasn't even ours (when we looked a little nonplussed, the member of staff in question didn't even wait for us to answer before responding "never mind I'll do it for you!" until we pointed out it wasn't ours). Much investment needed in many areas.
