A few of us had the roast very disappointed with the amount of veg between three people, also the meats were not very tasty.

Deserts were very good ,
The place itself was lovely and staff very friendly and helpful, plus the lovely views, will visit again.

Met a friend for lunch and was seated by the window on a cold wet day. The view was stunning and they had the log burner lit making a warm and friendly atmosphere.
We both had soup of the day served with bread and presented well, a nice size portion. As we wanted a light lunch we went on to order two desserts, the cheesecake and creme brûlée, we shared both of them which were served with ice cream, delicious.
The pot of tea for two went down a treat, however I have had better latte.
The waiter was welcoming and friendly and attentive.
Unfortunately they do close between lunch and evening meal which rather rushed us and cut our catch up time over a nice lunch short. So bear in mind if you wish to dine and relax with a drink after, this might not be ideal after driving all the way out to Heybrookbay .

Booked a table for 5 for lunch on mother's day. The food was delicious. Quite a lot of choice on the menu considering it was mother's day. The waiting staff were very attentive and did everything they could to make sure that we enjoyed the meal. They weren't rushed even though there were a lot of people, as they had clearly prepared very well. I would highly recommend. Reasonable price, for delicious food in a relaxed environment!

Made an unexpected visit to the Eddystone Inn. Really pleased we did had a lovely light lunch sat outside in the fresh air looking at a wonderful view of the sea. The baguettes we ordered were huge with lots of filling served with salad, coleslaw and crisps. We definitely will be returning again.
