Stayed here during February half-term. Good location towards the bottom of the Kingswear peninsula: Coleton Fishacre is only a walk away and easy driving up to Brixham/Paignton or across to Kingswear and Dartmouth. Very quiet with good views.
Entrance to Buzzards View is via external steps to the top floor, which contains the lounge and kitchen. Tastefully furnished (very comfy sofas!) and kitchen had everything we needed, as we do like to cook. There is a log-burner-lookalike electric fire in the lounge and, in Feb, this was necessary as it was quite chilly. Wifi is fine. From the entrance hall steps lead down to the bathroom and two bedrooms. We only used the main bedroom, using the other as somewhere to keep cases and stuff. There is a door to the outside patio from the main bedroom, which would be lovely in summer. Downstairs heating is by storage heaters but these struggled to keep up with the chilly weather while we were there.
