Clean & Comfortable with everything you need including picnic hamper & sandwich boxes if needed. Nice touch on arrival was to find milk in fridge, tea bags & coffee. Also bin bags, cloths and tea towels. Even some washing up liquid. Everything you need to start you off.
Excellent value for money! Although did not affect us it was a good walk into town approx 10 minutes and car space probably 200m away uphill. May not suit family with small children as no bathroom upstairs and narrowing stairs which seemed a little steep for small children to negotiate at night for toilet trips. Small outside concrete patio.
Ideal situation, walking distance for town/river or quick drive out. Cottage had everything we needed, would recommend.
Second stay with family at this cosy cottage. Place is a gem, and close to town centre etc, cant wait to visit again.

We stayed over the easter period it was like home from home ,great location easy to walk into Dartmouth,We had nice walk to Dartmouth castle. We had no problem parking the car in designated area .Would definitely recommend to people.
We had a lovely few days in Dartmouth, where we visited delightful National Trust properties. The cottage was just right for our needs. Sadly, the parking arrangements are not great. The allocated space is a distance away and not big. It was a lottery as to whether we would find an overnight space down the steep hill. The details say a short walk into town but it's quite a trek really. The management company were right on it when there was a problem with the electrics.
