“Holiday cottage that has it all.”
Reviewed 16 September 2012 for a stay in September 2012

We would thoroughly recommend this house for a family break. Dartmouth is a great place to visit and Harbour Heights is the perfect place to stay. The children loved exploring the large house and slept really well as the rooms were so dark and quiet, and the beds so comfortable. We particlularly loved eating breakfast on the balcony looking at all the boats, ferries and steam engine go by, hours of fun for our three year old! It was great having a woodland and field walks on our doorstep too and with the town and beaches being so close we were never short of things to do. Thanks to Ann for her help and advice on places to eat and visit. We'll be back to visit again soon!

“Great house in fabulous location”
Reviewed 16 September 2012 for a stay in September 2012

This was one of the very best rental houses we have ever stayed in. Clean, comfortable and really well kitted out - lots of everything - which was perfect for our group as we tend to eat in rather than out. Breakfast every day on the terrace with views over the river and to the sea. Big light bedrooms, and they also had beautiful views. Perfect. 5 minutes walk down to Dartmouth and 10 minutes back up a very steep hill! No problem for the fit and the rest just took it more slowly. Lots to do in the area, and a great fishmonger if you like to cook. We were there for the Agatha Christie festival week and the Murder Mystery dining steam train trip was also good fun. Ann is always on the end of a phone and very helpful with information prior to arrival.

“Beautiful views, clean house, lots of space, perfect for 14 people”
Reviewed 4 September 2012 for a stay in August 2012

We rented whole house for Dartmouth regatta for our crew, and it was perfect. The house was clean, nicely presented, clean linen - Ann is obviously quite proud of the house. The views from the balcony were amazing, and we were able to sit and relax in the lounge area after sailing. There was no shortage of cups/pans/pots/coffee pots ... and lots of storage space in the bedrooms and kitchen.
We felt at home straight away, and if there was a problem (which there wasn't) we were able to contact the owner straight away. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and hygienic, together with hair dryers in each room. The recycling system worked well and the bins were not overflowing with refuse! This is a lovely place to stay in large groups, and would stay there again.

“The best view of one of the most picturesque towns in Britain.”
Reviewed 3 September 2012 for a stay in August 2012

Incredible views of the aviation and fireworks displays during the last weekend of August. Great open-plan area for socialising looking out onto the river. Clean, good quality interior. Kitchen, showers, washing machines all work well. Short walk up the hill is not too strenuous, the prime position being well worth it. Many bedrooms with views. One of the prettiest towns in Britain, with a rich history, variety of activities and loads of stunning villages and beautiful spots nearby. Plus it is still very much in working order, with its legendary naval college, shops and infrastructure.
