“Great location. Super Cottage.”
Reviewed 24 June 2017 for a stay in June 2017

The location of Veronica Cottage is ideal. Beautiful scenery. Close enough to walk to Tintagel and central to many other attractions. The cottage itself is lovely. Very spacious and clean with everything you need. Great too for disability with a downstairs bathroom and bed. Garden is beautifully kept and great to sit out in on a pleasant evening. Very friendly, helpful owner. Excellent place to stay.

“Beautiful well equipped cottage”
Reviewed 12 June 2017 for a stay in June 2017

You could not stay in a better location quiet, secluded with a wonderful garden yet only a three minute walk into Tintagel with all its restuarants and pubs. The cottage is well maintained, extremely comfortable and fully equipped. Pam is friendly, helpful and on hand if you require any information about things to do and see. The marmalade moggy provides entertainment throughout your stay and loves a saucer of milk in the morning. If your thinking of staying around Tintagel make Veronica Cottage your first choice, you'll not regret it.

I am so glad you enjoyed your stay. Weather could have been better but that is out of my control. It was lovely to meet you all and hopefully will see you again next year. Mr.G ( the moggy) is missing you already.

Best wishes

Pam

I am so glad you enjoyed your stay Sarah. Sorry I didn't get to meet you and your family or for you to meet Mr. G. He was sulking in the local cattery. Hopefully you will return again sometime and I will say my hello's then.

“Beautiful comfortable cottage, great value for a principal location”
Reviewed 30 January 2017 for a stay in July 2016

The cottage was located within 5 minutes walk of the centre of Tintagel. The coastal walks here are second to none. In fact there is little need for the car once you get there. The castle is really atmospheric and it's not hard to imagine the Arthurian legend. Beaches can be accessed by foot or by car and are beautiful. Bronze age carvings can be found in Rocky valley. Tintagel has some good places to eat and also a shop that makes its own pasties. Try the local clotted cream gin with strawberries and prosecco. We were a party of 4 adults and found the cottage very comfortable.

Pam the owner was friendly and a mine of information, she is a wonderful gardener. Her cat Mr. Ginger is a charming gentleman who is so loved he gets a mention in the book by nearly every visitor!
