Excellent location - right in the centre of Polperro with access to all the lovely shops and harbour. The cottage is very tastefully furnished and perfect for our family of four adults and two little ones - they had plenty of room to run around and cause havoc! Nice outlook on to the village square without being overlooked. We were very pleased overall with the facilities, it had all that we needed.
If you are looking for downsides, there was only parking available for one of our cars, the other one was parked at the Polperro car park which is about a 20 minute walk down. Although there is a little tram that goes up and down at certain times. The car park is a little tight but you soon get used to it!
We did have to light the log fire one evening as it was a bit cold but logs are available from the local store.
Overall fantastic!!

We stayed here for a week in July, it's a comfortable house with everything you need, there's plenty of sofas for everyone to sit which is a real plus, the kitchen equipment is fantastic, it's a great base to explore north and south Cornwall. Towels and linen are good quality and the beds are comfortable.
There's no wifi but it's easy enough to pick up BT wifi hotspots
The village of Polperro is wonderful, it's nice to park your car up and just wonder through the streets, there's some great pubs all within a few minutes walk, the shops at e lovely., there is a bakery around the corner and the fresh bread and cakes are delicious
I would defiantly stay here again, there was only two of us but it's great for family of 6 to base them selves
Toadhall cottages were excellent the booking and picking up the keys was easy
We had a parking space behind the Ship inn just a few meters away, the parking spaces are very tight but it's worth it to have the car nearby

Beautiful cottage, decor was very soothing, and very well equipped home from home ! Six of us stayed and it was very comfortable. Beautifully clean bed linen and towels and plenty of space for everyone to sit and watch tv at night will definitely recommend to friends and family

We simply loved Polperro and Wesley House's unique central location, overlooking the village square, a few steps away from all facilities.
The light rooms, sunshine streaming in, beautiful decor, colours, fabrics and tasteful details, quality, comfortable furniture, appliances, carpeting were much appreciated. It is very well equipped throughout, and combined with the historic character and socialable open-plan design of the living area, it was a perfect place for our family (couple with 3 young adults) . We found it to be beautifully maintained and meticulously clean.
Toad Hall Cottages provided an excellent reservation service, friendly advice and assistance. It was a pleasure dealing with them . 10 out of 10 to all concerned, with our grateful thanks. We wish that we could have stayed on for another week.
Wifi is easily accessible at the friendly bakery a few steps away.
