We stayed one night as part of our coastal path walk. This was the oldest place we stayed - like camping, with the sound of rushing water outside and the sloping bed (as a result of the sloping bedroom floor), but much more comfortable! Steve was very friendly and provided an excellent breakfast. I liked the honesty based "minibar" on our little landing.
We booked early and got the room with the best views over the harbour. The rooms are up 2 narrow flights of stairs so don't come with too much luggage!

Janet and I took pot luck with this stay ( not knowing much about Polperro or this B&B !)...
But we certainly fell on our feet!
Wendy and Steve were the most charming and friendly hosts , with a beautiful spot right in the centre of things .
Fantastic breakfasts and lovely room overlooking the harbour .
We will certainly re book and would thoroughly recommend the House on the Props .

A very unique building with views directly over the harbour. Steve, Mandy and Claire looked after us very well, ask them anything and they will do their best to make your stay nice and comfortable. Steve is the chef and very good he is too, the food is scrumptious. The kitchen is clean, tidy and in good order. Steve bakes all the bread and cakes on sight, the smell of bread cooking is wonderful. Mandy has a great sense of humour and very frendly. And Claire will take good care of your room. The rooms are kept in good clean order, we had direct views over the harbour.
There is no parking on sight, so ask Mandy, she'll give you some good tips for parking, it's free.
Enjoy your stay, we did very much.
