“Spacious holiday home. ”
Reviewed 6 May 2018 for a stay in May 2018

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at 1 Ingledene. Our rating would have been a 5 if it wasn't for the interesting parking on the drive. The house was beautiful with everything you could wish for. Andrew went the extra mile and got a highchair for my 15 month old grandson. He loved the house specially the wooden floors. Some of the fixtures and fittings need adjusting particularly the door handles. The driveway is very steep and could cause slight problems with wheelchairs and prams. Very close to harbour and town. Very nice, friendly pub The Globe at the bottom of the hill. Would highly recommend this property.

We were so happy to be staying in this lovely well presented holiday property. There was nothing we would change, we even had lovely scones and clotted cream waiting for us on arrival, how thoughtful. Within a few minutes walk to the nearest pub and resteraunt, and another few minutes further to the beach and town. The most comfortable large beds and fantastic hot shower, Our stay was perfect and we would love to go again.

the house was large and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen and two spacious sitting rooms. We had a warm welcome with fresh flowers and delicious cream tea. Ideally located to explore cornwall, close to looe town with a allocated parking space.
highly recommended for families; my children could not get enough of the place!
Thank you Andrew for taking such good care of us throughout even though you were out of the country!

Dear Swati,
Thank you so much for such a lovely review. It is always a pleasure to be of help (wherever I am in the world) ...I am also very pleased you enjoyed my home and town, both of which I am very proud of... and whilst I miss them very much, it makes me reallly happy to know that other people are enjoying them.
Looking forward to welcoming you back some time.
Kind Regards
Andrew

“Ideal location in a lovely seaside resort.”

The house was a lovely size and well appointed, with two large sitting rooms and a well fitted kitchen, which wanted for nothing. Good size bedrooms with very comfy beds :).The house was a little dusty, so with a spring clean it would have got a 5*. But this didn't spoil a lovely break. Many thanks. PS parking was a little daunting at time.
