Can only describe this place as brilliant. The cottage was well equipped very clean and cosy. Very dog friendly, and a really laid back place to rest.No one bothers you but the staff are there if you require anything. Jayne and her team are the best, such nice people nothing is too much trouble for them. I would recommend this for anyone just wanting a chill out holiday, and we certainly will come back here. And the beds are soo comfortable it's a struggle to get up in the morning. Nothing here needs changing Jayne, just keep doing what you do, and see you all again soon. Rog and Toni. Alton, Hants

What an amazing place to stay. Just been here for a wedding and stayed in Ash cottage ( great name by the way ) which included a hot tub that was warmed up ready to go for when we arrived. Jayne and her team are so helpful and friendly they can't do enough for you. Nice and close to local amenities yet feels like there is nothing around. Beautiful views and a lovely setting. What a little jem they have here. Will definitely be returning with the whole family very soon.

“Relaxing mini-break”
Reviewed 1 July 2016 for a stay in June 2016

We have just returned home after a 4 night break here, and can't recommend it enough.
Jayne called to let us know that the cottage was ready early, although sadly as we were driving from Kent we didn't get to take advantage of this.
On arrival Jayne met us and took us into the cottage and gave us a brief overview of the place and walks into town etc. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The rooms were spacious and whilst it was only the two of us and our dog, there was plenty of space for 4. Beds were made up for arrival and extremely comfy, and all towels provided.
The surroundings of the cottages were beautiful and peaceful, and we were able to walk into looe through the woods in 30 minutes, or drive there in 5. The grounds themselves are great too, and we often took our dog over to the adjoining fields and stream for an afternoon run around! There are tennis courts available which we did not use, however did make use of the outdoor pool which was kept clean and had sunbeds available also.
All of the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful, including the three resident dogs on site! This was such a fantastic place having a pup of our own, as there are no restrictions as to where dogs are allowed, as long as they are well behaved of course!
We were lucky to be able to book kilminorth on short notice, but am sure we will be returning in the future, and likely be bringing others along and splashing out on a cottage with a hot tub. Thank you to all who made our stay so welcoming.

“Once again outstanding!”
Reviewed 19 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

Just returned from a short break staying in Granary cottage. This is our second visit to Kilminorth and once again we were impressed on all fronts. Granary was an excellent size for the four of us. The standards of cleanliness high and decor and renovations superb. Jayne and Mark, the owners, constantly fall over themselves to be of assistance without being intrusive in any way. Nothing I have read in any of the excellent reviews is exaggerated. If you decide to go, take advantage of the barbecue deal. They lay on everything except your food (fuel, tools etc) and then clean it afterwards. For £8 this was exceptional value, especially as the worst part about a barbecue is the cleaning! Thank you Jayne and Mark for another enjoyable stay.

“Amazing accommodation in Cornwall”
Reviewed 5 October 2014 for a stay in September 2014

What an amazing place. Set in beautiful grounds, the cottages are superb and decorated to an excellent standard. Everything you might possibly need has been thought of and the attention to detail was great. The team were great, always smiling and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.... thank you Jayne. Can't wait to visit again.
