Description: Julie and sue are thrilled to invite you to the seven stars inn at the centre of the beautiful village of Flushing. With much experience in running cafes and restaurants in Falmouth, Julie and Sue came over to Flushing in 2009 where they acquired Flushing stores, the local village shop. After three years of living and working in Flushing they took over the Seven Stars Inn in December 2012. They bring to the pub a love for the village and a passion for good locally sourced produce to create delicious menus for to cater for all tastes. There is a varied wine list and also great local beers from Cornwall including, Trelawney and Doom Bar as well as great guest beers that change regularly.

We visited pub this week.
Had some lovely meals with the added benefit dogs arw welcome. We were a little disappointed to find they dont do meals on a sunday night. There was no sign to say this when we visited saturday or we would have gone earlier.

Went here for a Sunday roast for 4 of us. Pubs nothing special outside or in,but in a lovely location right on the river estuary. Staff are welcoming and food is well cooked. There was a choice of 3 roasts and some nice desserts for after. With a bottle of wine and pre-drinks the bill came to 106 pounds,so about 26 pounds a head. Suprisingly it wasnt busy, especially as it was a lovely sunny day.

The Seven Stars was 100 yards from our holiday house. We popped in the evening we arrived for dinner. We sat outside enjoying the sunshine and a view of the estuary.

I had the mussels with chips (also offered with bread). They were excellent. A light sauce but nothing over powering as the mussels were really good. The kids had fish fingers which went down very well. Vege was a little limited (2 options). My wife went for the vege burger served in a pretzel bun. Not her normal choice but she loved it. Local beer and local gin were well enjoyed after a long day travelling.

Kids finished with ice cream.

Very friendly service. Perfect first night in a really pub.
