“Excellent location”
Reviewed 26 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

Well equipped and great for a summer holiday week. Owners very friendly and helpful. Thoughtful welcome tray with cream tea. Only a few minutes walk from beaches, town and harbour. Falmouth is a delightful town. Maritime museum is well worth visiting. There are a few steps down to the front door which could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

“Nice & very clean apartment”
Reviewed 4 July 2016 for a stay in June 2016

The Lower deck is a very nice and clean place to stay with a well kept private garden situated on a quiet street. The apartment is only a 5 minute walk from bars and restaurants and only 10 minutes from the nearest beach. The communication with the hosts Lynne and Nigel were excellent from the initial inquiry through to the end of the stay and were always happy to offer any advice.
we are regular visitors to Falmouth and would not hesitate at staying at The Lower Deck again.

“Fantastic Flat”
Reviewed 19 April 2016 for a stay in April 2016

Fantastic flat situated conveniently close to train station and between town and beaches.

Owners are really helpful and friendly, supplied tea, milk and scones in the flat which was a lovely surprise.

Town is a five minute walk away with lots of bars and restaurants. Beaches 5 minute walk in the opposite direction.

“All home comforts just minutes away from Falmouth's diverse attractions”
Reviewed 11 October 2015 for a stay in September 2015

Location: quiet residential street, yet just 5 minutes from town shops and bustling harbour in one direction and beaches in the other; equally convenient for trains to Truro.
Accommodation: a level of comfort, amenity and taste far beyond what might be expected of holiday self-catering, such that staying in and relaxing after a day out was no hardship whatsoever.
And Falmouth's attractions are too numerous and diverse to mention. It really does have something for everyone.
