“Just what we needed.”
Reviewed 4 weeks ago for a stay in October 2018

Just had a wonderful stay in a very welll presented room with en suite and micro kitchen, overlooking the canal.A clever made up breakfast basket and a fridge full of goodies , everything you need for a relaxing break in Chester.Close to the wall and a short walk from the racecourse, shops and some brilliant eateries especially Telford Warehouse and The Architect.Ken the proprietor could not have been more helpful.Overall one of the best short breaks we’ve had.Thankyou Ken.

“Ideal Accommodation”
Reviewed 16 September 2018 for a stay in September 2018

This is really just to echo all of the positive comments in the preceding reviews; the location, quality, cleanliness and value aspects are all first-class. Ken, the proprietor, is very helpful and approachable; his communication and help leading up to and throughout the stay was excellent. If you're looking for a peaceful and picturesque place to base yourself in this lovely city, then do please consider this option. Thanks once again Ken.

“Perfect place for a few days away”
Reviewed 22 August 2018 for a stay in August 2018

Cant praise Canal View enough. Very small but perfectly formed with everything you would need and such a great location, just off the walls and yet very quiet. Parking was a bonus and so was Ken who couldn't do enough to help! Very comfy bed (unsure about the negative comment someone made regarding the pillows - they were fine for us) the breakfast basket really was a fantastic addition and whilst we did not eat all of it preferring to eat out, we certainly had some of it! So much on offer from breads, ham and cheese. Cereal, juices, crackers, skimmed and semi skimmed milk and fruit! Even a choice of Earl Grey or English Breakfast Tea!! Thanks Ken, that's over and above the expectations of your guests Im sure! We were sad to head home, loved our little canal view even though our weather, despite it being August wasn't quite warm enough to comfortably sit out on the lovely little balcony! We cant wait to come back! Thanks Ken!

“Amazing Accomodation”
Reviewed 15 August 2018 for a stay in June 2018

We stayed here when we went to Chester Races in June. Fantastic accomodation. We had a lovely weekend in Chester. The breakfast basket is lovely and we sat out on the balcony to enjoy the very warm weather. Ken is brilliant. Thank you Ken we hope to be back again soon.
