Great appartment-town house. Great location, central for shops etc. Very modern with everything one needs available, cinema room was a bonus. Would highly recommend for city break. Owners left chocs and wine which was a nice welcome.
my family and I have just returned from a stay here.......what a find! The house is immaculate, with everything you could possibly need. And dealing with the owner is straight forward, fantastic communication. The location of the house, in my opinion, could not be beaten - city centre on your doorstep, a fantastic park just a stones throw away (and if you travel with children, you must go there, as the squirrels will eat from their hands!)....and through the other side of the park, the river, with a fabulous pub, "The Boathouse", and river trips, pedalos etc. - But back to the house.......clean, well equipped, perfectly placed, on site parking.....and for tired children at the end of the day - a cinema room - perfect! -we enjoyed a fabulous 5 days here......wish we'd booked 7 - will be making a date to return in the near future......think the title sums up my opinion!
We love it at Earls Villas as it is home fom home. Standard of accomodation and location is very high. This was our third visit and we usually stay for the week but unfortunately it was booked so we stayed in another accomodation for 6 days and then spent a long weekend at Earls Villas. We will not be making the same mistake next year and will make sure we book in plenty of time. There are plenty of take aways and bars all within walking distence (there's even a tesco that stocks everything you could possibly want. The box of chocolates and bottle of wine are very much appreciated. If you want a 1st class place to stay in Chester then look no further than Earls Villas I can guarantee you will not be disapointed.
Very convenient. Parking a real bonus. We really enjoyed our stay.
We stayed at Earls Villa for a week with our 1 and 4 year old kids. The house couldn't be in a better location, as well as all the main shops within a short stroll (M&S,Tesco,Boots etc), there is also a nice park with a playground for kids close by.
The house itself was nice and modern and was spotlessly clean. For the rainy day there are TV/DVD players in both living room and master bedroom, as well as cinema room on the third floor. It really was a "home away from home" with the kitchen better equipped than our own! We made great use of the Gaggia coffee machine everyday!
Everything was organised seamlessly by the owner himself, and when we left one of the kid's DVDs behind by mistake, he kindly arranged for it to be sent back without any fuss.
We found Chester itself a great place to holiday with kids with loads to see and do.
We plan to return again someday, and would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone.
