After being a loyal customer for years of Spice Lounge, now Taste of India. We received terrible customer service and no food turned up after over 4 hours of ordering. We don't blame the staff as they've always been great, but the management didn't seem to have a clue what was going on in the kitchen or with regards to our order. After waiting so long for an order that was never going to show, we obviously cancelled it. I had to keep chasing for our refund, I was spoken to in a rude manner, my partner left a review on there site and received back an unfriendly, unwelcome and dam right rude response, not offering any kind of compensation and seemed to think they helped my 'eventually' giving us our refund. We're no longer loyal customers after this experience. A lack of customer service to those that have stood by this restaurant for years and spent a lot of money there. Would not recommend due to lack of communication and shocking customer service. You do not speak to paying customers in such a way.
