Seven Stars Public House

Perfect staging post for the Fleece which is right next door. Must be one of Bristol's oldest pubs. This is not a big place and often gets rammed over the weekend. Staff friendly, good choice of ale, plus it has a pool table. Fine for a drink and a chat with yer mates.

Pub is next to the fleece music venue, we had drinks here waiting for that venue to open, it's a old historic pub, nice enough inside and friendly staff, as good place as any for a pint or two.

My first trip to the Fleece and also the Seven Stars. This is an old pub on a cobbled street and stepping inside didn't take much to imagine what it was like 'back in the day'.
The beer was good and we passed the time chatting at the bar and out on the street before the bands came on next door.
Not the cleanest, friendliest place I've ever been (the toilets are shocking), but certainly a good watering hole.

A great selection of ale at a reasonable price. Pub games. Live music at times. Close to the centre of the city. This gem is hidden away near the Fleece music venue. Always worth a visit.
