Maybe we had contact on a bad day for the owner, or maybe not. But never is it acceptable for someone in the hospitality service to yell at you irrationally. That is what happened to my daughter on the phone. Grateful we cancelled but not grateful for the no heart on the cancellation 48 hours in advance for a medical emergency we offered to provide documentation for.
Additionally, there was complete unresponsiveness to phone messages. We all know in National Parks the internet is spotty so phone it is. Well, not in this case.
All around a HUGE disappointment to not get to make it this far on the trip and to know there are small scale tourism providers out there that really just shouldn’t be. I caution anyone looking at this property.More
