A great local place for a meal or coffee date. All the food and cakes are made at the adjoining Spar so it's pleasantly cheaper than at another restaurant in the same area. The fire place is cosy. The option of sitting outdoors in a nursery setting - without the nuisance of smokers - is really pleasant. The carrot cake is the best!

Terrible French Toast, hardly touched the pan...was so sloppy even after requesting crispy. My husband ordered the same, we both left disappointed.

Had the eggs on toast. Scrambled was nice and soft and bacon crispy. My wife ordered Carrot cake which was moist and delicious. Cafe latte are always delightful and creamy. They were both very well presented.
