Recommended length of visit: 2-3 hours
Owner description: Only 15 minutes from downtown Vancouver, allow 2 - 3 hours for your visit to Vancouver's iconic Capilano Suspension Bridge, hanging 450 feet (137m) across and 230 feet (70m) above Capilano River. The park offers more than just the bridge. Its surrounding 27 acres celebrate nature, history and culture in unique and thrilling ways. No more so than with the newest attraction, CLIFFWALK. Cliffwalk hangs for 213m (700ft) and reaches 91m (300ft) high, hugging the granite cliffside and offering a panoramic view of the thriving rainforest and canyon far below. On Treetops Adventure venture from one magnificent old growth Douglas-fir to another on a series of seven elevated suspension bridges, reaching as high as 110 feet (33m), for a squirrel's eye view of the forest. Guides, signage and interactive exhibits throughout the park help you in your understanding of rainforest ecosystems and their sustainability.

Thé bridge is easy to get to and there is plenty of parking. Adult entry fee of $46.00 was value for money for money for the wonderful experience. The walks thru the trees, forest and the cliff are all very spectacular

This made for an interesting afternoon out. The park was well maintained and had lots to do, ideal if you are with a family.

The only downsides are that the ticket cost is quite high, and the park has had a lot of “human intervention” which spoils some of the nature of the rainforest.

A lot of these reviews say Capilano is too "touristy" but is a tourist destination. So ye, it was crowded, and some travelers are more respectful than others, but if you get in the right mind set it's very enjoyable.
We drove ourselves, and parking is a little tough. We did not purchase our tickets online so we waited in line for about 10 min, however our hotel gave us coupons so we enjoyed a bit of a discount.
The bridge itself is a marvel in engineering. You have to appreciate that. It was REALLY crowded, and even though there are signs that say "please don't stop and hold up other visitors" thee are ALWAYS those people who do...
Once across there are several trails to take, a Nature Walk, Tree-Top adventure. Lot's of check stops for kids. One back across the Cliff-Walk" was really worth it.
Even though it was crowded, I'm glad we went. t was a good experience.

It’s lovely there, although it does not take very long and so many of the paths are repetitive. We enjoyed it, although whether worth the trip there and the steep entry fee is a little questionable. But being deep in the NW woods is always nice.

Of course you already know that this is a must-do attraction when in Vancouver. If you get there before 10-11AM, the crowds will be minimal and you'll enjoy yourself thoroughly. After noon, when all the tourist buses show up... I don't even want to think about it.

The price of admission is worth it.
