Marriotts are typically great and you can usually count on cleanliness and quality sleep. However, this particular property is prob the worst I’ve stayed at, from start to finish. First, you can only valet (which is $30) unless you want to park at Harrahs or elsewhere. The parking attendant that approached our vehicle got all our info and said he’d come back with a green ticket. Never came back. So we just got out of the car and proceeded to check in. At which point the other valet ppl stopped us and were giving my sister a hard time. Just didn’t know what they were doing and disorganized. Had to register car all over again. Like Groundhog Day. And then that second guy still walked away without taking the keys or giving a ticket, so we were like ummmm??? And he said “oh sorry.” Yeah. Then at check in desk, credit card reader wouldn’t work. We were driving all the way from East Utah on that day and got a flat tire. Notified the hotel that we would be arriving quite late and requested late check out. The person I talked to said we could check out at noon. Great. Well, next morning we called the desk around 9am just to make sure. Nope, no late checkout noted. But every detail about our late arrival and flat tire noted. Lol. So, the only thing we wanted didn’t happen. Cool! Lastly. Checkout. Also chaotic and unsatisfactory. Another car was blocking ours. Cars erratically parked everywhere. I actually directed traffic to help my sister get out.
2 stars for comfort and cleanliness. Not sure if all of this is a fluke but it sucked. Hope this helps.
