**PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING HERE!!**
I never write reviews this negative but I had to due to the most awful and upsetting experience I had with this establishment. I stayed here with my BF and another couple over the New Years Weekend 2020. I paid $799 dollars for a 2 Queen Bed for 3 nights. I attempted to change it , but they said no due to the no- refund policy and no changing dates policy.....OK fine that was my fault for not reading the fine print. ....(might I add the reviews for this place are all different on various platforms, on Booking.com they have a 7/10 but on here. GOOGLE REVIEWS & YELP they're awful) I went to the front to check in. It was a woman I'm assuming her name is Gaby. She told me there was going to be a $270 deposit fee and that I had to pay the remaining $529.16. I paid both right than and there. The payment was withdrawn from my account, but wait here is where it gets tricky. She says "oh it didn't go through?" ......"That's weird because on my end it's withdrawn?"....She said that it will most likely go through at the end. Fine we go to our rooms and settle in. I wish I post pictures on here....OMG! The room was out dated, THE BED; HAD HAIRS , CRUMBS, and DIRT. I stripped the sheets and went to ask for room service. Sorry no room service here? REALLY?! I get that times are tough but come on this is just disgusting!? I took many pictures but I don't know how to post them (if you do please comment).... The towels had stains on them the shower curtain was just gross. I tried making the best of it. I check out a day before, and was told by Gaby that I would receive credit for one night till May 2021. GROSS BUT NO CHOICE....On Sunday I get a text from Gaby saying I still owe $529.16....what? What do you mean I still owe? I have statements stating the amount was well withdrawn on Friday- JAN 1, 2021. I have photos of the messages!!! She asks I email her a receipt, I DO...... From there its pitch quiet. I have been sending her messages, emails, since Sunday............. I get that the deposit takes a while, but she hasn't made any confirmation that the amount was received or even a text saying "O-K I see that the amount was paid let me confirm with our bank or blah blah ....ASSURANCE/ CUSTOMER SERVICE?! None......I am very understanding of our current situation, given COVID-19 and all..... I had no issue paying $799....but the hair/crumbs in the sheets was just a warning sign.....I am yet to get my deposit of $270 dollars.....I am a student living in San Jose, every dollar matters for me.... I saved money for this trip since I finished school and wanted to treat myself...the 250 deposit is ALWAYS RETURNED if the place is left the way it is found and that was the case here....
PLEASE AVOID....What an awful way to run business and certainly unprofessional...
