Arrived here because friends told me this is a restaurant of exceptional quality and local flavor of northern Italian cuisine: Cucina Piacentina! The menu and the wine list are well limited to the perfect best they serve. Antipasto is with affettati of prosciutto, culatello, salame, pancetta. Prosciutto crudo is superb itself. First course is with either pisarei (unique for thus area of Italy) or ravioli or anoletti or other kinds of great pasta. Then second course is meat bollito misto (including tong costato etc) or arrosto including prosciutto arrosto. The dessert homemade dessert list includes superb items. Wines are special too: white sparkling ortrugo or red sparkling or regular gutturnio, both wines beeing typical of this area. Overall with warm hospitality and truly excellent meal, thus is a real five star restaurant.
