On recommendation from local friends we went along for an early dinner as some guests were attending theatre there after and we were lucky at 5.30pm it was quiet and the Happy Hour for Oysters was available at 10 Rand a shuck which was a treat.

All the party took 9 Oysters each being three from different areas and boy they were good fresh and served with shallot vinaigrette, Tabasco and lemon.

Our main meals consisted of Tuna Burgers, Swordfish and Hake & Chips all were good in portion size plus everybody was smiling & happy with there choices.

Desserts were declined as time was a factor but overall the staff, seafood and service was superb and cannot wait to return again.

Yet again we had a fantastic experience! The Bloody Mary oyster shots are definitely something to try!! We had the seared Tuna and squid ink tagliatelle and both were absolutely delicious!! Our waiters Blessing, Emmanuel and of course the Brilliant Divine were on top form as usual!! Thanks Team!

Great food and exceptional service from Divine, our Zimbabwean waiter. Be sure to ask for him when next visiting the restaurant.

The perfect seafood formula menu, with beyond the standard offerings. For example, they have 3 different oysters on offer, coming from specific areas.

An excellent wine list with some brilliant South African wine offerings.

Service is rapid, highly efficient and professional.

Of course, it’s on one of the main inner city food trend strips.

Set in the trendiest area of Cape Town, this is a casual seafood restaurant, so don't expect fine dining and fancy decor. That said it's a good offering at reasonable price. Eating here 2 days after new year is a bit unfair as some excellent choices like swordfish were not available. Definitely need to return at a more sane time and explore the menu in depth. A fairly limited wine list that hopefully will be expanded over time will make a big difference.
