I arrived for breakfast and had the salmon and poached eggs with a cappuccino. It was delicious and the service was speedy and friendly. I worked at a table until lunch time and then chowed down on a pulled pork sandwich with a strawberry smoothie. It was flavoursome and looked great on the plate.

This is a chilled out place that you can enjoy a coffee and/or something more substantial. The service is great, and the staff seem very chipper. Recommend!

Came here before the Justin Bieber concert, it really wasn't that busy but other tables were being help and it was almost as if the waiters were actively trying to not make eye contact with us!

As for the poutine - it lacked a lot that made it a genuine poutine. Cheese curds can't be substituted with any cheese.

This really would be a nice place if the service was a little better.

We stopped for a Sunday breakfast and were very happy that we did. We had good service and delicious food. The portions are large and the coffee was good too.

We were very disappointed in the absolute lack of service this past weekend. We ordered cappuccinos which arrived in reasonable time. Then we ordered 2 bowls of Bircher Muesli. We're still waiting for the food to arrive!!

After 20 minutes we queried from a waitress walking past our table as to what had happened to our food. The waitress shouted something to her colleague inside. We felt she should have come back to inform us what was happening with our order, but she never even acknowledged us after that. We waited another 5 minutes and then stood up and went inside to enquire about our food. No one seemed to know anything, they all looked confused. We put cash on our table for the coffees and left in disgust.

This venue was outstanding when it was a cafe called Miss K a few years ago. Since then, many people have tried under different names and it just doesn't seem to be able to attract customers. If this is the service that Maggie's Cafe staff is providing, I'm sorry to say that this venture will go the same way as all the others over recent years. Perhaps a visible and active manager would help the situation. Very disappointing.

This is a tiny place I found while on my way to Giovanni's which I walked right past because it was too full, and I recommend you do too.

The food choices are mouthwatering and the unusual selection was an adventure to choose from. And it was delicious and reasonably priced.

The smooth cool screed floor inside is perfect for your dog to cool down on on a hot day, but outside on a cold day will be perfect for warming up on the paving.

Next time, I will come here first to eat and then take a walk to Giovanni's deli section for snacks for home.
