Jas and marnie where absolutely fantastic! Excellent with the kids. Jas was full of encouragement and the kids loved every minute of it! Marnies funny 2! The 2 of them bounced off each other. Site is immaculate arcade could do with a bit of a upgrade bit staff are brilliant.

Spotlessly clean accomodation. Very friendly staff. Lovely safe and secure site with fantastic links to stunning wildlife, cities and historic scenery. Could not have asked for more from a holiday park. Fantastic.

We have been to Cresswell a couple of times now, family with a young child.
The caravan was quite dirty, bathroom needed a good clean especially the shower.
The entertainment was good over the bank Holiday weekend however unsure why kids entertainment is pre recorded, not a character in sight. The entertainment team were great with the kids.
The toilets in the bar are disgusting, didn't see them being cleaned once. You could smell the toilets in the bar area. Needs a good deep clean.
I had booked jet skis for my son in the pool, unfortunately they weren't working however we didn't receive a refund. The pool area also wasn't very clean, everything just needs updated. The bottom of the pool felt gritty and didn't feel clean. There was an accident in the pool on our last day, the pool staff seemed clueless as to how to clean the area, didn't appear to know what cleaning product was needed, doesn't give much faith in the hygiene and cleanliness standards.
The food is nice, if a little overpriced. Staff were friendly enough but seemed to be short staffed most days.
There's a nice play area and football pitch. Amusements are small and can become overcrowded. The lady working in the amusements is lovely.
The beach is a 5 minute walk away, there isn't much else within walking distance.
We did enjoy our weekend but will not be back in a hurry due to the cleanliness of the accommodation and the facilities.

Just back from a four day weekend break, caravan okay, needs a good clean sink plug holes had a foul smell, shower full of mould which is so easily cleaned, do not buy the wi-fi it’s terrible, funnily enough as soon as you leave the park we all had a great signal, O2, Vodafone and EE doesn’t matter who you are with. Women serving in the Grocery Shop was very rude and unhelpful, children’s entertainment was rubbish, swimming pool not up to much, arcade had nothing suitable for little children. All in all nothing to do on this park for the under 6’s not recommended and won’t be going back.

Caravans crammed together, can't park near caravan as it is footpath only so hard to get belonging too and from caravan. When a parking space is found it's so tight can barely open car door to let kids out. No blue badge parking other than at reception which is normally occupied by cars without a blue badge. Every morning water pressure is so low the boiler won't work so no shower and no washing up can be done.

Room tip: Don't bother booking unless you are happy to have a cold dribble for a shower and struggle to park
