“So relaxing!”

We have just returned from another wonderful holiday at Noosa Sound. There is everything you need in this delightful cottage for a relaxing stay. The new bed is very comfortable. From the lounge you have panoramic views of the delightful grounds as well as both the river and the lagoon. We enjoyed watching the kingfisher fishing in the lagoon and the heron was a regular visitor too; he enjoyed preening while standing on the fence which surrounds the decking. We are already looking forward to returning as soon as possible.

Absolutely stunning property, nice and clean and very spacious. Great location for a nice relaxing holiday with views of the river and the lagoon with plenty of wildlife. Just a few minutes walk into the village which has all the amenities you need. Highly recommend the New Inn for excellent food.

Noosa Sound must be the best location on the Norfolk Broads. The property itself is delightful, really comfortable and homely and has everything you need including WI-FI and Sky TV. The lounge looks out on to the river and lagoon where you can see an abundance of wildlife and birds, or just watch the boats go by. The village is a ten minute stroll away and has everything!. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday then this the place

Just spent 2 weeks in this idyllic location, magnificent views all around, not forgetting the wildlife.
The property is very clean, comfortable and spacious a credit to Val and Ian not forgetting the maintenance team.
Anyone interested in fishing this can be very good
The village stores are within a ten minute stroll and well stocked.
Must not forget the nearby hostelry The New Inn, very friendly staff and good food.

“What a beautiful setting!”
Reviewed 17 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

Such a brilliant location. A beautiful big lagoon at the rear of the property with lots of wildlife to watch and enjoy. The main river at the front of the property with lots of floor to ceiling glass to get the best possible views. Lots of extras to make your stay really comfortable.
