Before going to our Irish vacation we had read that in Ireland one gets the best tasting fish and chips. This Pub does a lot of justice to uphold the Irish tradition of this dish which is really excellent, both batter and fish. Other dishes are excellently prepared and it is quite a nice pub to have a family dinner at a very reasonable price.

We stopped for lunch during our sightseeing of the area. Everyone enjoyed their lunch especially those of us who had the seafood chowder. It was delicious! This was at the beginning of our tour of Ireland and I ate a lot of seafood chowder in the coming days. Pat's was the best I had. Highly recommend!

Everything you could want from an Irish pub, friendly service, great atmosphere. The food is first class. We had the fish and chips and the fish was fresh and flaky, the batter crisp, the chips golden. The portion was very generous. A wonderful dish and excellent value.

Worth a visit if you are in Fanore. Food is top notch and plentiful. I did advise him to get more gins in when I was back and he happily did so. He is very accommodating and its such a great place

We were brought to Pat O'Donohue's pub for lunch in between hiking the Cliffs of Moher and The Burren by our local friends the Hanrahan's and were extremely impressed by the Seafood Chowder and Pat's warm welcome. You can't miss this pub with its bright and cheery exterior on a grey day.
