This Michelin starred restaurant is just a short cab ride from Bilbao out in the beautiful Basque countryside. The location is underimpressive but as you see how they built on the site it all makes sense. They make most of their greens there and spices, even their txacoli wine. Not surprised they won the sustainability award recently.
It is also one of the 50 best restaurants in the world. The menu is set and I recommend doing the wine pairing. This experience was fantastic, the menu futuristic but balanced and innovative. This takes between 4 and 5 hours to do but is so worth it. This is a must on every foodlovers bucket-list
