Sunnybank House is a complete delight. The rooms are excellent (we stayed in one of the 2 en-suites - the others looked good too) and the beds are ultra comfortable. The breakfast is good and the views are great.

But what makes the place is the proprietor, Eleni. I knew from her reaction to two previous cancelled bookings by us that she is very understanding, but our high expectations were, if anything, exceeded. Not only was she solicitous without being fussy in meeting all our needs, but she showed kindness that went well beyond simple necessity. It goes without saying that we highly recommend Sunnybank to anyone visiting Lands End or the hidden gem of Sennen Cove.

Room Tip: All rooms appear to have views but some are not en-suite.

I stayed in SunnyBank House when walking the South West Coast Path. I knew that my room was going to be small but it turned out to be the smallest single room I've ever been in. Everything was clean but a bit impersonal.
The choice of breakfast for me being a vegetarian was very good and tasty.

Stayed at Sunny Bank B&B the night before starting out on the Lands End - John O'Groats bike ride. Ideally placed for riding down to the start in the morning. Bike was stored in an outside garage that was locked. Room and en-suite were fine. Breakfast was good with prompt service. Nothing special to report. A standard B&B that did the job.

Enjoyed a comfortable stay at Sunnybank at the start of our walk. We're given good advice about local hostelries. Eleni served up an excellent breakfast to send us on our way. Would happily recommend.

Excellent stay at Sunny Bank, Elani is warm friendly and welcoming. Very helpful and cooks an amazing breakfast. We loved our stay, and with Elani local knowledge is a bonus too. Lots of choices at breakfast, highly recommend.
