We stayed 14 days in Villa The mango Trees , Lovina Bali last july with our two grown up children and their girl/boyfriend. The stay was a complete success! The villa is spacious, has all the comfort you can hope for and very well situated. The staff is amazing! Putu and Ilu are two lovely women who cook great food and are always there to help you with whatever you need or want. They have arranged for us motorbikes, the dolphin trip with Made (who is also the security guy for the villa) and are invisibly present! Thanks ladies. Koman the gardener and pool boy is a quit sweet guy who takes care of the garden and swimming pool and made with us a volleyball net in the pool! We were sad to leave these lovely people!
The north of Bali is less crowded and offers good opportunities for various trips. Do not miss the Aling Aling and Sekumpul waterfalls, less known than Git Git but more pleasant. Certainly do not miss a tracking experience in the rice fields with Mayong tracking by Putu Artan, a fantastic way to experience balinese life.If you plan to say in the lovina area the "villa the mango trees "is the place to be! One (small) detail: the beach is not always very clean!
We stayed with our children and grandchildren in mango trees bungalow.
The kids used the swimmingpool even before they had their breakfast, the staff was so kindly and helpfull as can be.
Whatever you want to eat, they can make it.
The best holiday of their live.
The villa is so beautiful and big, even more beautiful than pictures can tell.
We were in march here, for 9 nights. The villa is like on photos. Every room with open bathroom, but in the master bedroom the toilet is together with the shower, its a bad solution. The view from the 2 ocean facing bedroom is amazing. The villa well equipped, you have everything, feels like home. The pool is perfect to relax. Overall the cleanliness is good, but the fresh towels has a stuffy smell. The villa is far from everything, so you need a car or scotter to reach the city. The nearest AlfaMart is 15 min on foot. A lot of restaurant gives you a transfer if you reserve in advance. The staff is kind, but nothing special. We were very pleased with everything. The villa is absolute recommended. The downside is only the beach: despite the staff try to claen it every day, it was absolute unsuitable to swim or only just to take a walk on the beach. This is not the staff or the owners fault, but you must count with this when you rent the villa in the rainy season.

Where do I start.
Amazing, glorious, fantastic, oasis hideaway.
From the time of first booking our 5 night stay the owner Angelique was so prompt and so helpful. Nothing was ever a problem. Fantastic communications.
After a nightmare week in a villa in Seminyak we were soo happy when the driver arrived to take us to Villa the Mango Trees on the other side of Bali. The drive is long but beautiful and a great opportunity to see the real side of Bali. At the end of our trip we drove into the gates of what I can only describe as paradise.
The staff where all waiting for us and greater us with such kindness and an ice cold drink. Fabulous.. The villa itself is exactly as portrayed in ALL advertisements. Actually it excelled the photos. We spent a magical 5 nights and the staff were kind caring attentive and just terrific. I can honestly highly recommend this villa. You will not be disappointed. The most beautiful and peaceful place in all my 30 years of traveling to Bali that I have ever stayed.
Thank you to all the staff who were so patient and involved us in their lives (we learnt so much) and thank you Angelique for allowing us to share this spectacular treasure in Bali. Hint: stay longer than we did. 5 nights is defginately not long enough.

I have never been in heaven (!) but having your holidays in Villa The Mango Trees, must be the same.
We stayed 5 nights, were spoiled by Illuh and Putuh with excellent breakfast and dinner and enjoyed so much the serenity from this villa and the surrounding.
It's direct to the beach, guarded during the day by the gardener Komang and during the night by Made.
It's so great to see and hear the sea from the villa, even in the morning waking up in your bed.
We had a great massage in the bungu in the fresh air, with balinese music.
We did not regret the early rise for a boat trip, picked up in front of the villa, to see the dolphins: we saw about a hundred!
What a wonderful place to be, we certainly will come back!
