The rooms are large and well appointed. No brew making equipment in the room. Heating was good large windows with lots of light. The bed was very comfortable and huge. Bathroom totally adequate. House keeping available on a daily bases like wise towels if requested. Public area was good including the bar and dining area. My only criticism is the feeding breakfast was a buffet service. It was adequate but lacked imagination. I need to learn the French 🇫🇷 way. I was never hungry. Juice, coffee,meat cuts and cheese on display. Cooked lacked umph and was rarely warm. Boiled eggs was good done yourself. Cereal was on display with plenty of bread, sliced or slice your own. Croissant of two types were available. Evening meal the French 🇫🇷 was on display once again I use the word adequate but lacked imagination. Self service. Dessert was buffet with generally plenty of choice. Soup unfortunately tasted the same most nights but it was ok. I am not a lover of cheese due to health reasons however I was able to eat around it by being smart. The social side of the bar was fun with lots of different grow people. On the veranda service was hit and miss, to be served need to attract some attention or go inside. Seems to be understaffed during the lunch time experience. The staff were always polite and helpful if needed. Found my stay wonderful and would return again .

Went Dec 29 until Jan 3rd. Brilliant snow. Much prettier village than bellecote or the others that make up plagne Paradiski. Proper ski in ski out. Village lovely. Hotel room was small but perfectly adequate for 2 adults and a 12 year old. Loads of storage space for helmets gloves jackets etc etc etc. Breakfast was simple but good. Rooms are well maintained and cleaned daily. Everyone very helpful. View of the slopes. Would definitely return. Didn’t use the bar much as village only 2 mins walk and enjoyed the variety of other bars restaurants etc. when we did have a beer in the bar everyone friendly and helpful. There is no hot tub anymore but this did not really affect us.
Probably one of the best locations we have stayed in. If there are any negative reviews then take with a pinch of salt. They are probably and not relevant anymore.

We have just had the best family skiing holiday we could have wished for. Hotel L'Eden des Cimes was staffed with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people who made us feel really welcome. The layout is great. The Restaurant overlooking the piste is a highlight with beautiful sunrise skies and the bar with its huge sofas is really comfortable. The rooms were also really comfortable with bath/ shower water temperature instantly controllable. The hotel had links with a ski hire company which actually brought our shoes back to the hotel so that we could ski straight from the hire shop. The ski storage for the week was very easy since the lockers were right next to reception and not in a basement as is usual at other places. The location is terrific. It was wonderful to be able to step out of the front door and immediately ski away. I would recommend Hotel L'Eden to anyone who likes to ski!
