The metro is so easy to use, lots of maps around and can get anywhere pretty quickly. this is a walking city, so get a good pair of shoes. Lots to see and do. Buy the larger pass, you will not regret it.

This is the way to get around Montreal, a quick, efficient, clean and comfortable way to get around Montreal.

A very reasonable price for day and 3 day tickets.

We used service mainly from our Condo at Des Armes to Berri Uqam ( 2 stops ) changed and 1 stop to Grand Prix at Jean Drapeau.

It really was quick, very painless and the ideal way to get to the Grand Prix.

Best is to buy a week ticket or a shorter one what gives you illimited access to busses and metro. the menu of the card purchase terminal could be a bit more comprehensive (or maybe iUIwas not clever enough)

We used the Metro in Montreal during our three day visit, it is clean and tidy with clean and tidy trains. Tickets are simple to purchase either by machine or the ticket office. There is a two journey ticket for $6 which is great value Andrew takes you anywhere on the system. The ticket machine is clear and simple to use taking cash or card. No sense of jeopardy which is evident on many other subways,

Recommend travel via metro before ordering an Uber or alternate means. The automated ticket system was interesting and easy.
